Five Types of Biblical Fasts:
- Regular Fast: Drink only liquids, typically water or juice, refraining from solid foods.
- Full Fast: Complete abstinence from both food and drink, to be undertaken with caution and not for extended periods.
- The Daniel Fast: Eliminate meat, sweets, bread, and caffeine, consuming only water, juice, fruits, and vegetables.
- Partial Fast: Fasting from sunrise to sunset or within specific time frames, choosing from various fasting options.
- Three-Day Fast: A short-term fast lasting three days, employing either a full fast, Daniel fast, or abstaining from specific foods
